B2B2C CAMPAIGN
The eRenterPlan renters insurance program protects both renters in multifamily apartment communities and the property owners and operators as well. Trouble was, hardly anybody knew about it. Especially incoming renters. Targeting both leasing agents (B2B) and renters (B2C), this campaign was designed to spread the word about eRenterPlan’s quick and easy application process and incentivize agents to offer the plan to incoming residents.
Hand outs with sign up instructions were supplied to leasing offices, and “CYA Kits” were mailed to each leasing agent to help drive awareness of the benefit of encouraging more applicants to sign up for eRenterPlan. Inside was an emoji t-shirt and boxers as well as a personal note to each agent:
Dear [agent name],
You put your assets on the line every day.
So we want to give you a little something to wear that reminds you how important you are to us at eRenterPlan, the renters insurance experts.
Truth is, we hope you’ll spread the word. eRenterPlan is the perfect way for residents to cover their assets, ASAP, because it’s quick and easy to sign up and offers a ton of options. We’ve included some handouts that may help, too.
